Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging (including manuals, warranty cards, and accessories).
Returns are only accepted for purchases made directly from our website.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Used or worn smartwatches.
Items damaged by misuse, negligence, or accidents.
Personalized or customized products.
Discounted items (unless defective).
3. Refund Process
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item.
If approved, your refund will be issued within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
If rejected, the item will be returned to you.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
5. Defective or Wrong Item Received
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with order details and photos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.
