  • Returns are only accepted for purchases made directly from our website.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or worn smartwatches.

  • Items damaged by misuse, negligence, or accidents.

  • Personalized or customized products.

  • Discounted items (unless defective).

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

  • If rejected, the item will be returned to you.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.

5. Defective or Wrong Item Received
